Saudi Hydrodynamics Co. Ltd. (Saudi Hydro) provides specialized rotary
and static equipment repair services to support the maintenance and reliability
of critical industrial assets used in the oil & gas, petrochemical, power,
and marine sectors. Our machine shop in Jubail is equipped to recondition and
restore equipment components to original OEM specifications, ensuring extended

Shaft and
Rotor Reconditioning
We perform complete repair, buildup, and re-machining of shafts, rotors,
and couplings damaged due to wear, corrosion, or operational stress. Using
precision lathes and VTLs, our technicians restore proper concentricity,
straightness, and balance. We employ metal spraying, welding buildup, and
precision grinding techniques to recover original dimensions with tight
tolerance control.
Applications: motor shafts, turbine rotors, pump shafts, gearbox couplings, and
fan rotors.
Pump Casing
and Housing Reboring
Our workshop performs precision reboring, keyway cutting, and facing of
pump, compressor, and gearbox casings. Misaligned or oval bores are re-machined
to correct tolerances, ensuring proper bearing alignment and sealing
performance. Each casing is inspected dimensionally before and after machining,
following API and OEM standards.
Impeller,
Rotor, and Component Restoration
We recondition impellers, sleeves, and rotating elements through
machining, polishing, and dynamic balancing. This process restores smooth
operation, reduces vibration, and improves overall mechanical efficiency. We
also carry out vane buildup, hub bore restoration, and face machining for both
metallic and alloy components.
Valve Body
and Cover Machining
Saudi Hydro offers machining, refacing, and lapping of valve bodies and
covers to restore sealing surfaces and proper fit-up. Our workshop supports
gate, globe, check, and control valve components of varying sizes.
Balancing
and Run-Out Correction
Dynamic and static balancing is carried out on rotors, fans, and
impellers to reduce vibration and prevent bearing damage. All components are
verified for concentricity, alignment, and run-out, supported by detailed
inspection reports.
